Delivery & Shipping

We’re at Your Service

A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the
availability of the item and / or weight limits for parcels by the courier / postal
company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple
shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder monthly statement.
1- Shipping cost is mentioned separately with each purchase to maintain
transparency with customers.
2- Currently shipping is available everywhere in Canada.
3- Customers are requested to provide correct name, delivery address and
contact details for hassle-free delivery.
4- Please dont accept an open or tampered package. Notify us of the same by
email as soon as possible.  or Call us on +1780-700 9321.
5- In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Alsultansweets.ca may
ship products from different warehouses. This will not increase your shipping charges.
6- The multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

 

Non-delivery of Items
1- All orders require a signature on delivery, which will usually occur between
8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Please ensure that someone is available to accept
delivery during these hours.
2- Should our courier be unable to deliver, an information regarding your
package will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or
arrange a re-delivery. It will then become the recipient responsibility to
contact our courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. If no contact is made
re-delivery may be attempted without further contact with the recipient.
3- You MUST inform Alsultansweets.ca immediately if you do NOT receive your
order within 5 working days from original expected delivery date, in order for us to locate your order.
4- If you have any complaints or queries regarding an order delivery, you
should made it directly to  info@alsultansweets.ca within 48 hours.
5- Al Sultan Sweets will not accept any liability for any loss or damage by
reason of a delivery failure owing to the customer not being available, or if the
goods perish and become inedible as a result of non-delivery caused by customer.
6- In the event that Al Sultan Sweets has failed to dispatch your order, you will
be entitled to a full-refund or having your order dispatched at a later date.
